At Bonus Gallery & Living, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium artwork and decor. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our standards for refunds and exchanges to ensure you a secure and seamless shopping experience.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and notify us right away of any issues.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that custom-made frames and personalized orders are generally not eligible for return.
